Fajita seasoning...

Yesterday I really wanted fajitas but I had no fajita spice mix.  I can't help it, I LOVE the packaged stuff and I've never been able to find a homemade one that tasted enough like what I was used to...until now :)  I  looked up a few recipes online and finally settled on one but being lazy, I didn't want to run back and forth to my computer for measurements so I just took out the ingredients it listed and did my own thing.  They tasted phenomenal!!!  I started with a TBSP of oil and a pan on high heat then quickly stirred in thinly sliced sirloin.  After it had a little colour I turned down the heat and tossed in these ingredients: cornstarch, chili powder, paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and cumin.  Then I added 1 of each vegetable sliced: red pepper, green pepper, and onion.  I served it with no fat sour cream, cilantro and fresh salsa on whole wheat tortillas.  YUM!  There was enough leftover for 1 fajita today which made Jobina a VERY happy lady :oD
